Creating new homes

Operating in building and construction since 1995, Chase Homes specialises in developing residential homes, small to mid scale apartments and townhouses.

Wade, a registered building practitioner, spent his early years working for elite builder Len Bogatin & Associates in Melbourne.

In 2010, Wade formed Chase Homes Group, focussing mostly on boutique residential development in Melbourne whilst undertaking architectural renovations and extensions for clients.

Making the tree change in 2015 to Wade’s original home town of Mirboo North, Chase Homes looks forward to delivering high quality and affordable homes for the community of Mirboo North & it’s surrounding areas.
